We are seeking associate clinicians who want strong clinical supervision and mentorship while working toward independent licensure. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about providing high quality therapy in a supportive team environment.
Provide outpatient therapy under direct clinical supervision Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes) Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 scheduled sessions and minimum 25 completed visits weekly. Serve as primary point of contact for clients Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities Required Qualifications
Active Idaho license (post graduate intern accepted) Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence Timely, accurate clinical documentation Comfortable with technology and EHR systems and technology Comfort with electronic intake processes and discussing client financial responsibility Commitment to providing therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employment Preferred
