Evenings and Weekends Flex Schedule Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes) Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly. Serve as primary point of contact for clients Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities Required Qualifications
Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW) Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence Comfortable with technology and EHR system Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations Preferred
