All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve.
If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.
What you’ll do Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions under the supervision of a licensed PT Help kids with positioning, transfers, and mobility using gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, or other aids Support the PT in implementing individualized treatment plans targeting strength, balance, coordination, and motor skills Document progress, activities, and observations in our EMR with accuracy and care Keep therapy spaces and equipment clean and safe Show up for team meetings to collaborate on patient care and goal-setting Keep growing your craft through continuing education Communicate clearly with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates Why this role at Oaklin Lane A space built for the work.
