Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant – Lathrup Village, MI CareOne Senior Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers serving clients in the Lathrup Village area. In this role, you will provide personalized support that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will work directly with clients in their homes, assisting with daily routines and providing meaningful companionship. Every client has unique needs, making this a rewarding opportunity to build relationships while making a positive impact. Essential Duties Assist clients with daily personal care routines Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene needs Provide companionship and social interaction Prepare meals and assist with nutritional support Complete light housekeeping and laundry tasks Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan Accompany clients on errands and community outings when approved Monitor client well-being and communicate concerns to the office Maintain accurate visit documentation Available Schedules CareOne Senior Care offers a variety of scheduling options, including: Full-time positions Part-time positions Morning shifts Afternoon and evening shifts Overnight assignments Weekend opportunities Live-in cases Pay and Benefits Hourly pay ranging from $14.00–$17.00 Additional compensation may be available for specialized assignments Weekly payroll Next-day pay access available Flexible scheduling based on availability Caregiver referral bonus program Paid training opportunities Ongoing educational resources Mileage reimbursement for approved client transportation Optional supplemental insurance plans Employee savings and wellness programs What We're Looking For Minimum age of 18 years Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required Professional, compassionate, and dependable attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance Ability to perform caregiving duties safely Successful completion of background screening requirements TB testing required before client assignment Why Work With CareOne Senior Care?
