As a Direct Care Worker, you'll help clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing personalized, non-medical assistance tailored to their individual needs.
What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike.

We're looking for individuals who are: At least 18 years old Compassionate, respectful, and dependable Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Strong communicators with a positive attitude In possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration Able to pass a criminal background check Willing to obtain a TB test before beginning client assignments if needed Previous experience in caregiving, home health, direct support, senior care, healthcare, hospitality, childcare, or customer service is welcomed but not required.
