In-Home Caregiver – Northville, MI CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide personalized in-home care for clients in Northville, Michigan. As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Position Summary

Every client has unique needs, giving caregivers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while providing high-quality, person-centered care. We welcome both experienced caregivers and individuals looking to build a long-term career in home care. Daily Responsibilities Build positive relationships through companionship and conversation Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility, ambulation, and transfers using safe techniques Provide medication reminders according to the care plan Escort clients to appointments or community outings when assigned Observe and report changes in a client's condition Complete visit notes and required documentation Flexible Scheduling Choose a schedule that fits your availability: Full-time or part-time Day, evening, and overnight shifts Weekend availability Live-in opportunities Short and long-term client assignments Pay & Benefits Starting pay from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour Higher-paying couples care assignments available, with rates up to $22.50 per hour Weekly pay with next-day pay access Flexible scheduling options $150 referral bonus for caregiver and client referrals Paid orientation and continuing education Opportunities for advancement within the company Mileage reimbursement for approved client transportation Optional dental, vision, disability, hospitalization, and life insurance plans Verizon Wireless employee discounts Free FinFit financial wellness membership

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required Dependable, compassionate, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Current vehicle insurance and registration Ability to meet the physical requirements of caregiving Successful completion of a criminal background check Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before starting client care Why CareOne Senior Care?
