Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced family medicine outpatient setting Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed by physicians Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and follow-up appointments Respond to patient inquiries via phone triage Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR)
