We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized Memory Care Activities Aide to support our assisted living community’s memory care program. This role is essential in providing meaningful engagement, structured activities, and emotional support to residents living with dementia and memory impairment.
The Memory Care Activities Aide is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily activities designed to enhance the quality of life for memory care residents. This role supports cognitive stimulation, social engagement, and emotional well-being in a safe and structured environment.
The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and passionate about working with seniors, with the ability to engage residents through purposeful activities and companionship.
