Childrens Services Of Roxbury·Boston, Massachusetts
Partner with the Department of Children and Families to provide home-based coaching, concrete support, and resource navigation for families in crisis. Maintain detailed documentation and collaborate with lead agencies to ensure coordinated care and family stability.
Children’s Services of Roxbury (CSR) is one of Massachusetts’ oldest nonprofits, supporting over 6,000 children and parents across the Commonwealth every year. For nearly 50 years, we’ve kept the family at the center of everything we do through housing, behavioral health services, foster care, childcare, and youth development. We are built on trust, respect, and the belief that every family deserves the chance to thrive together.
As a Family Support and Stabilization (FSS) Specialist, you’ll partner with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to work directly inside the homes of families facing real, complex challenges helping them build the skills, stability, and resources they need to stay together or safely reunify. You bring hands-on coaching and advocacy; we bring the training, supervision, and mission-driven team to support you in doing it well.
