$24.00–$32.00/hour (DOE) + Overnight Shift Differential Full-time opportunity in Roseville, California Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | Four 10-hour overnight shifts

In your day-To-Day, you will
Provide advanced nursing care and continuous monitoring for critically ill hospitalized patients.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and continuous rate infusions (CRIs).
Perform in-house laboratory procedures and diagnostic sample collection.
Place and maintain intravenous (IV) catheters.
Conduct detailed patient rounds and communicate changes in patient condition.
Obtain temperature, pulse, respiration (TPR), blood pressure, and other vital parameters.
Safely handle and restrain fearful, anxious, or fractious patients.
Recognize changes in patient condition requiring immediate veterinary intervention.
Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records.
Advocate for patients while providing compassionate communication and support to clients.
Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.
What you bring
Minimum of two years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in an animal hospital.
Previous ICU, Emergency, or Specialty experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency processing laboratory samples and performing in-house diagnostics.
Working knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques.
Strong technical skills, including IV catheter placement and advanced patient monitoring.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced specialty environment.
