To provide therapeutic/emotional support, education, and resource information to patients and their families; Advocate for patients’ needs/wishes with team members, family members, caregivers, and other providers.

Requires a Bachelor of Social Work with at least one year of experience and a valid Texas State license. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and computer proficiency.
