We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to deliver high-quality, value-based care to an established panel of predominantly geriatric patients. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and building meaningful, long-term patient relationships in a supportive outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings with a focus on early intervention.

Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document clinical encounters and track patient outcomes.

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Active, FL license Current DEA registration At least 3 years of experience in Outpatient Primary Care Strong clinical judgment with a focus on preventive and longitudinal care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to a team-based, patient-first care model
