Market context

West Virginia lab micro roles stay competitive

In West Virginia, MLS/MLT microbiology roles are often in steady demand because hospitals and clinical labs need reliable staffing for specimen processing and plate reading. These positions are competitive when employers want licensure, ASCP certification, and hands-on Plate Reader experience, so candidates who already meet those requirements may stand out. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your MLT license status and highlight your microbiology experience before applying.
