Summary This role offers the opportunity to work in Med/Surg and receive cross-training for the Emergency Room, Outpatient Infusion, and Same-Day Surgery.
The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow.
Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.
Schedule Fulltime or Part-time available.
48-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite Rotating 12-hour shifts - start times 7:00AM and 7:00PM Includes every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience.
Pay range: $38.36 - $57.76 per hour Earn an additional $1.25 per hour for rotating 12-hour night shifts Fulltime or Part-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required. RN experience preferred but not required. New Graduates welcome to apply! RN License from the State of Minnesota required. BLS required within 6 months of hire. ACLS required within 1 year of hire. TNCC/CALS required within 6 months of starting to work in Emergency Department. Requires an Associate degree or higher in Nursing and a valid RN License from the State of Minnesota. BLS and ACLS certifications are required within specific timeframes after hire.
