The ACT Registered Nurse conducts psychosocial and physical health assessments and manages medication administration for clients. They coordinate medical appointments, lead medication management groups, and participate in an on-call crisis rotation.

The ACT Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist or psychiatric APRN; providing a range of treatment, and support services. The ACT Registered Nurse is a positive team player that promotes a culture of inclusion and participation.

Candidates must have an Associate degree in Nursing and a valid Kentucky RN license. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, while a Bachelor's degree and experience with serious mental illness are preferred.
