This role is responsible for providing primary care and diagnostic services, working collaboratively with the team to assist our patient population in chronic disease management and overall health promotion through individual intervention and ongoing education.
This is a part time role with benefits in West Palm Beach, FL working Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and one Saturday (half day) per month.
