Veterinary Technician, Emergency RVT preferred but not required | $22- 28/hr

Hunt Valley, MD Full-Time | 4x10's | Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday | Days or Overnights Available

Looking for a Veterinary Technician job where you can grow your skills in emergency and critical care? Join Pet+ER, a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital, where you’ll build advanced ER skills working hands-on with high-acuity cases while working at the top of your license, making a real impact every shift.

Our veterinary technicians cover multiple shifts in our busy ICU including triage, in-hospital care, out-patient care and overnight specialty patient care. Applicants who have achieved certification (RVT, CVT, LVT) are preferred, but technicians with experience in patient care, anesthesia/surgery monitoring, in-house laboratory operation, phlebotomy/ IV catheter placement, and radiology will be considered.

  • Veterinary Technician Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Emergency Veterinarians to provide excellent patient and client care.
  • Embrace a team environment

  • Assist with appointments

Qualifications

  • Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT)
  • Emergency or critical care experience preferred
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment
