CentraCare invites passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital. CentraCare is known for its dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The ICU is a GOLD-level Beacon Award-winning unit in our five-time Magnet-designated hospital! Our team provides care within our 29-bed unit with approximately 110 RNs.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Minnesota RN license and BLS certification. ACLS is required or must be obtained within 36 months, and a BSN or higher is required within three years of hire.
