The Registered Nurse will provide private duty nursing care during overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of pediatric nursing experience and be comfortable working independently in the home environment. G-tube and oxygen monitoring experience is preferred.
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home Monitor patient condition and report any changes as needed Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide pediatric nursing care in accordance with the plan of care Assist with G-tube care and oxygen monitoring, as applicable Maintain accurate documentation Communicate professionally with the family, clinical team, and office staff Follow all company policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
