Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our Cardiology team in Portsmouth, NH. This is an opportunity for an experienced Vet Tech to grow within specialty medicine while working alongside a collaborative team focused on advanced patient care and client support.

As a Veterinary Technician on our Cardiology team, you will help provide exceptional specialty care while supporting patients, clients, and doctors throughout each visit. Oversee client appointments and manage patient visits from start to finish Partner with DVMs during patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures Utilize advanced imaging modalities to assist with patient evaluations and procedural support Manage sedation and anesthetic events, including preparation, monitoring, and recovery Provide compassionate nursing care and advocate for patients throughout hospitalization Maintain and safely operate medical equipment according to best practices Collaborate with Cardiology and specialty medicine teams to provide comprehensive patient care Continue developing advanced Veterinary Technician skills within a specialty animal hospital setting
