We would love for you to join our Intensive Services Team as a Functional Family Therapy Clinician!
Functional Family Therapy is an evidence-based practice for helping families, and children who are at risk of out-of-home placement.
Extensive training in the model is provided and the treatment is delivered as part of our comprehensive service array.
Regular supervision, including licensure supervision for Residents and Supervisees is available in addition to competitive pay and a complete benefits package. ***$3,000 Sign on Bonus***
Unlicensed: $50,400- $57,960.00 Licensed: $56,700- $65,205.00 Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other license-eligible Human Services field is required. Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred. At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field is required. Virginia licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred.
