About the role

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans while providing individual, family, and group therapy. Coordinate referrals and maintain timely clinical documentation within a multi-disciplinary team.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
  • Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
  • Flexible scheduling options.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
  • Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

What we need from you. • Must be licensed in Maryland as a

  • Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

The pay range for this position is $70.019.40 minimum to $84,872.00 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license, years and level of related experience.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Maryland license as an LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, or LCPC. Candidates should be proficient in evidence-based therapies and motivational interviewing.
