About the role

Provide outpatient, evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments within an integrated care clinic. Responsibilities include treatment planning, crisis support, case management, and participation in team meetings.

Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Child and Family Therapist to be part of our Integrated Care Team.

A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.

What You'll Do

  • The Child and Family Therapist provides outpatient, evidence-based therapy in an integrated care clinic setting. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing evidence based psychotherapy interventions
  • Providing clinical assessment and treatment planning
  • Crisis support as needed within parameters of an outpatient clinic
  • Completion of administrative tasks such as documentation and case management
  • Participation in team meetings

Disclaimer

This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible) required
  • 2 years clinical work experience preferred
  • Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
  • Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
