Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help provide supervision and support to young adult clients in our residential group home setting.
We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life.

You would provide hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support for our residents.
DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Residential Assistant Manager, other DSPs and more to support our youth residents in the home.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with autism and developmental disabilities, paired with either a high school diploma (4+ years experience) or a bachelor's degree in Human Services. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
