Effectively document and communicate patient progress and response to treatment.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, medical doctors, nurses, social workers, and others to ensure optimal patient care.
Licensed Occupational Therapist.
The ability to assess for and treat physical, cognitive, or social limitations. Experience in group treatment protocols and evidence supported practice. Effective communication skills. Willingness and self motivation to learn and establish essential competencies.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, medical doctors, nurses, and social workers to provide comprehensive care. You'll use your clinical expertise to conduct assessments and design therapeutic interventions that address the functional barriers caused by mental illness. Your work will directly support patients in developing essential skills, including: Behavioral and Social Skills Training: Empowering patients to navigate social interactions and manage their emotions effectively. Sensory Modulation: Helping individuals understand and respond to sensory input in a healthy way.
