  • Level: Associate's Degree (Two-Year Degree) One part-time position (16 hrs/week) | Mostly Remote, required to be on-site on a rotating schedule, minimum of 3 days per month and for meetings/trainings | Applicants must reside in the Omaha Metro area to be considered for this role | On-site location is Livestock Exchange Campus (LSX 30th & L) Job Duties The Registered Nurse works under the general supervision of the Triage Nurse Manager and is responsible for the nursing practices, policies, and procedures of the OneWorld Community Health Centers. Supervision of Health Assistants and Medical Assistants may be required. They work primarily remotely; when on-site, they work at the Quick Sick clinic in the Triage RN role. Provides nursing care within the Registered Nurse scope of practice. Directs the activities of supervised staff. Develops, maintains, implements, and monitors nursing practices within OneWorld. Assists providers in healthcare activities, performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures, and the administration of medications as necessary. Assists in completing medication refills, providing instructions to patients, making appointments, relaying patients’ requests and questions to the appropriate provider, and following up with the provider’s directives, assisting with the completion of paperwork, providing phone and walk-in triage, and determining patient disposition based on established triage protocols. Works with interdisciplinary teams to determine appropriate follow-up for triaged patients. Participates in professional continuing education as required for licensure. The tasks outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the role and are not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or job functions. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the business, and responsibilities may evolve to meet the changing needs of the organization. Qualifications An Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) is preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska required, or license eligibility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. One year or more of nursing experience preferred. Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Position includes remote work from home, which requires a home computer, phone, and high-speed internet access. Reliable transportation needed for floating to other locations within the organization. Requirements

Requires an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and current Nebraska RN licensure or eligibility, along with BLS certification. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
