The Clinician provides in-home therapeutic sessions and caregiver coaching for youth and families facing mental health challenges. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to conduct risk assessments, maintain treatment plans, and coordinate care with internal and external providers.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and be license-eligible as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior experience working with youth and families are required.
