Licensed Christian Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) – Remote HCO Behavioral Health Services | Elevate Healthcare Group Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: 100% Remote (Telehealth) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Compensation: Competitive Per-Session Compensation Position Overview HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Healthcare Group are expanding our Christian Counseling program and are seeking compassionate, clinically skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals who desire to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into evidence-based counseling.

This opportunity is ideal for licensed therapists who believe emotional healing and spiritual growth can work together and who are passionate about providing ethical, clinically sound, Christ-centered counseling to individuals, adolescents, couples, and families seeking faith-integrated care.

Providers have the flexibility to create their own schedules while delivering counseling services through our secure telehealth platform while helping clients experience healing emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually.

Who We're Looking For We're seeking licensed clinicians who: Possess a strong Christian faith and desire to serve clients seeking faith-integrated counseling.

Are comfortable incorporating Biblical principles into therapy when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.

Believe faith can be an important component of emotional healing and personal growth.

Value clinical excellence, compassion, integrity, and professionalism.

Desire the flexibility of remote practice while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Primary Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth.

Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.

Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions while respecting each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment goals.

Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.

Collaborate with other providers and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Client Populations Counselors may provide services to one or more of the following populations based upon licensure, experience, specialization, and preference: Children Adolescents Young Adults Adults Couples Families Areas of Clinical Focus Depending on your training and experience, opportunities may include working with clients experiencing: Anxiety Depression Trauma Stress & Burnout Grief & Loss Relationship Challenges Marriage & Couples Counseling Parenting Concerns Life Transitions Spiritual Growth & Identity Men's Issues Women's Issues Self-Esteem Faith & Life Integration Other behavioral health concerns within your scope of practice

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following active, unrestricted licenses in their state of practice: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Other independently licensed behavioral health professionals Applicants must also: Be in good standing with their licensing board. Possess malpractice insurance (or obtain prior to beginning services). Be eligible to provide telehealth services. Have excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills. Requirements
