Acute Care Technician - Endoscopy Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242 Work Schedule: Full Time Days - (40 hours per week) 8:00am - 4:30pm Our Endoscopy unit offers a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient cases, providing RNs with the opportunity to build strong clinical versatility. The team operates across five endoscopy procedure rooms, supporting a high volume of both routine and specialized cases. RNs enjoy the chance to work in pre‑procedure, intra‑procedure, and post‑recovery phases, gaining well‑rounded experience across the full continuum of GI care. This is a busy, fast‑paced environment ideal for nurses who thrive on teamwork, efficiency, and professional growth. The schedule supports excellent work‑life balance, with minimal on call requirements for weeknight, weekends and holidays. Maintains a safe, clean environment by reporting hazards, following Infection Control policies, completing safety event reports, and adhering to safety and emergency procedures. Communicates effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and team members; reports patient information and assignment issues promptly; documents observations accurately; collaborates with the healthcare team and uses the chain of command appropriately. Supports unit operations by performing supply, equipment, and environmental tasks; reports shortages or equipment problems and ensures supplies/equipment are ready for the next user. Demonstrates accountability and commitment to self‑growth; identifies areas for improvement and supports organizational and unit changes.
