QualificationsEducation: Registered nurse and successful completion of a certified post-graduate program for nurse practitioners.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. BSN or advanced degree, certification and/or license in specialty. Maintains current DEA license. Current in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS).
Prefer experience but will consider new graduate.
Must be a Registered Nurse in Texas with a BSN or advanced degree and a certified post-graduate nurse practitioner program. Current DEA license and BLS certification are required.
