Provide direct psychiatric care and psychopharmacologic management for adults with serious mental illness in a collaborative, team-based outpatient model. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, integrating brief therapy, and coordinating care with primary care and pharmacy teams.
You will provide direct psychiatric care to adults living with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and treatment-resistant conditions. You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, on-site PCP, on-site pharmacist, nurses, case managers, and peer support specialists in a collaborative, team-based model.

Requires a board-certified or eligible PMHNP with an active Arizona license, DEA certification, and current CPR/First Aid certifications. A minimum of one year of experience in community psychiatry or a comparable setting is preferred.
