The HUB Navigator will coordinate with HUB Social Worker and HUB HIV Testers to provide client navigation to health care and other supportive services, service access advocacy, insurance enrollment, and confirmation of achievement of service linkages.
$28.5714 per hour non exempt

Candidates must have a BA in Social Work, Community Health, or a related field, or an Associate degree with two years of experience. At least two years of experience testing target populations (women, homeless, and people who inject drugs) and familiarity with harm reduction practices are required.
