About the role

Provide therapeutic services to children and families within an innovative outpatient mental health clinic. Integrate multiple clinical perspectives and modalities to support trauma recovery and family well-being.

The NFI Vermont Family Center, an innovative outpatient mental health clinic, is looking for a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide therapeutic services to children and families. Social workers, Psychologists, LCMHC welcome. We have a trauma-informed multidisciplinary clinical staff who use a variety of modalities such as EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and attachment-focused family therapy. The staff integrates multiple perspectives into the work, and possesses expertise in family therapy, clinical assessment, evaluation, and in-service training.

The ideal candidate would have interest and experience in treatments related to trauma recovery. We are seeking a dynamic team player with excellent communication and well-being skills. This person should exemplify a commitment to anti-racist practices and to meeting the diverse needs of our community. Our senior clinical staff provides excellent training and clinical supervision, and we are known throughout the state for innovative mental health treatment.
