Conduct daily resident rounds to monitor conditions, identify medication side effects, and maintain patient charts. Provide emotional support to residents and communicate care instructions to their families.

Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
Communicate with residents’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.

Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with a valid PA LPN license and IV Therapy certification. One year of geriatric experience and CPR certification are preferred.
