A day in the life of a cota

As a certified occupational therapy assistant (Cota), you will work under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, carrying out individualized treatment plans based on each client’s plan of care.

This role includes both pediatric and adult patients in a home health setting. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate directly with clients to deliver care in their homes.

COTAs who enjoy hands-on, creative care in a flexible and varied environment will thrive in this role.

• $35–$42 per hour

• What we’re looking for
• Current, unrestricted Texas COTA license
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
• Strong communication and ability to work independently
