About the role
Provide outpatient psychiatric care to approximately 15 patients daily in a multi-subspecialty clinic. Manage patient care during standard business hours without call or weekend obligations.

Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends.

No weekends.
No call.
Daily volume of about 15 patients The Money $280,000 to $300,000 base salary plus RVU performance bonuses Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance Zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage 4 weeks PTO, 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance Full coverage of medical licensing fees Partnership track at year 3 based on clinical performance and culture fit What We’re Looking For Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE must certify within 1 year of hire) Tennessee medical license — or willing to obtain New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
