Bluffside Men's Recovery is a new residential treatment program currently under development, offering a unique opportunity to help build and shape the program prior to opening. Team members hired into this position will participate in a comprehensive onboarding and program development period, working collaboratively to establish program operations, culture, and best practices.
The Case Manager III provides 24/7 direct supervision and support within the therapeutic milieu, ensuring client safety, structure, and engagement in recovery-oriented programming. This role supports clinical goals through behavioral coaching, skill reinforcement, and structured daily programming.
between $19.74 and 23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience)
This training period is expected to continue until the program opens in January 2027.
Upon program opening, this position will transition to its regular schedule of 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, five evenings per week (40 hours/week).
Applicants should be prepared to commit to both the initial training schedule and the permanent evening schedule as part of this role.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health or residential care is preferred. Training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and CPR/First Aid is highly desired.
