  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians
  • Support rehabilitation goals and promote patient independence
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
