The pharmacist is responsible for accurately dispensing medications in compliance with state and federal laws while overseeing daily pharmacy operations. They will provide patient education, collaborate with care teams on therapy decisions, and support the 340B program.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and possess an active pharmacist license in Ohio. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or with 340B programs is preferred.
