Perform routine nursing duties and assist residents with activities of daily living under the direction of an RN Case Manager. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to seniors within an upscale retirement community and skilled nursing facility.

The Home Care CNA functions under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor in performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Employees providing Staff Relief are under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee while working in a skilled nursing facility. Employee may be required to lift transfer/transport adult clients.
