Position Overview As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Your goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
Primary Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned Observe changes in client condition and report concerns to the office Complete required visit documentation Scheduling Options We offer a variety of schedules to fit your availability, including: Full-time Part-time Morning shifts Afternoon and evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend opportunities Live-in assignments Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour Couples care assignments may pay up to $22.50 per hour Weekly pay with next-day pay options available Flexible scheduling $150 caregiver and client referral bonus Paid orientation and ongoing training Career advancement opportunities Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel Optional dental, vision, disability, hospitalization, and life insurance Verizon Wireless employee discount Free FinFit financial wellness membership
