What You’ll Do at Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston

• Deliver
• Care: Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Build a
• Caseload: Maintain direct client facing hours.
• Documentation
• Review: Review and co-sign notes to LLPC's on the team. Please note, LARA Approved Clinical Supervisor is not required for this position as providing clinical supervision hours to LLPC’s is not a requirement of this role.

• Foundation: A master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Clinical
• Proficiency: Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans, as well as maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates.

• Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that support therapeutic effectiveness, collaboration, and client trust.

• Integrity: Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold stable, ethical boundaries with clients in a clinical setting.

• Documentation: Consistently completes session records, service notes, and required documentation promptly.

• Technology
• Competence: Proficient in day-to-day office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus!
