We are looking for a compassionate and motivated LPC to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy while also signing notes for LLPC's. At EMH you’ll deliver outpatient care in a fully furnished, welcoming clinic space designed to support both client wellness and clinician comfort.

Please note - we’re only considering fully licensed LPCs for this position.

We offer a standout W2 pay model (straight commission) with industry-leading compensation.

What You’ll Do at Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston

  • Deliver
  • Care: Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.

  • Caseload: Maintain a minimum of 25 direct client facing hours per week as a full-time clinician, with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to support caseload growth.

  • Review: Review and co-sign notes to LLPC's on the team. Please note, LARA Approved Clinical Supervisor is not required for this position as providing supervision hours to LLPC’s is not a requirement of this role.

Requirements

Must hold a master's degree in counseling or a related field and possess full, unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Michigan. Candidates should be proficient in clinical documentation and comfortable working with diverse populations.
