We are looking for a compassionate and motivated LPC to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll provide outpatient therapy while also providing documentation review for LLPC's. Please note - we’re only considering fully licensed LPCs for this position. We offer a standout W2 pay model (straight commission) with industry-leading compensation.
What You’ll Do at Ellie Mental Health – Clarkston
- Deliver
- Care: Conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes.
- Build a
- Caseload: Maintain direct client facing hours. Full and part-time hours available.
- Documentation
- Review: Review and co-sign notes to LLPC's on the team. Please note, LARA Approved Clinical Supervisor is not required for this position as providing clinical supervision hours to LLPC’s is not a requirement of this role.

- Practice: Applicants must hold full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan. Provisional or limited licensure does not meet eligibility criteria.

- Foundation: A master’s degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
- Clinical
- Proficiency: Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans, as well as maintaining detailed clinical documentation including case notes and diagnostic updates.

- Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that support therapeutic effectiveness, collaboration, and client trust.
