About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of assigned patients. This role is based at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and requires full-time commitment.

SUMMARY

Assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of patients.

The starting base salary for this position is $138,234 and this includes a geographic differential of $6,007. This position will also include a full comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

License Requirement License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York Education and Experience 1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or 2. Master’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or 3. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience.

NOTE

1. Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment. 2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
