Market context

California CCU vet tech roles are selective

California CCU Veterinary Technician roles typically draw steady demand because emergency and critical care teams need licensed RVTs or highly experienced veterinary assistants who can handle fast-paced clinical work. These positions are competitive because employers look for calm communication under pressure, and the benefits package often includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and an EAP. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your California RVT status or 3+ years of clinical experience before applying.
