Lab Assistance are responsible for all aspects of collection and processing of biological specimens for clinical laboratory testing while maintaining the Mission and Values of the Gateway Regional Medical Center.

The pay range for this position is $17.50- 26.24 per hour.
Pay is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific skills related to the position. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
Requires a high school diploma, completion of a phlebotomy training program, and board-accredited phlebotomy certification. Must hold or obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within three months.
