  • Responsibilities
  • Including, but not limited to: Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to resident's needs. Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care for terminally ill patients. Help lift and transfer residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols. Document residents' information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care in our facilities. SKILLS Must be Certified by the State Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices. Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings. Proficient in lifting techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during an emergency. Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. This Nursing Assistant role is essential for ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and comfort throughout their healthcare journey. Requirements

Must be a state-certified nursing assistant with a strong understanding of resident care principles and HIPAA regulations. Proficiency in lifting techniques and the ability to work in high-pressure emergency situations are required.
