You will work in our Parkview (Surprise, AZ) clinic, lead by our Associate Medical Director.
You will provide comprehensive, primary care to our older adult population. You will manage patient care, including both acute and chronic care management, prevention, and patient education.
Use your skills to make an impact
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Nevada Board certification. Experience with Electronic Medical Records 2 years of Experience with Geriatrics 2 years of Primary Care Experience If selected for this role, you will be required to screen for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
