• Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience) Performance Incentives Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500–$2,000 Additional Incentive $50,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits Monthly $43 wellness/ancillary benefits stipend Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer matching for eligible plans 401(k) with company match after six months of service (including eligible part-time employees) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available 24/7 Employee Appreciation Days Employee Wellness Events What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Promote patient safety, functional independence, and long-term wellness Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, regulatory, and professional standards

Qualifications

Required Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic rehabilitation Preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience Manual therapy experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Why Gilbert?
